The Impact You'll Make
As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet customer expectations and quality standards from day one. Your work will help reduce quality losses, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen customer confidence in our solutions.
You will partner closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify opportunities for improvement, solve quality issues, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the plant. Your contributions will have a direct impact on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor quality performance and lead follow-up activities that reduce scrap, defects, and customer-reported issues.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions to drive sustainable quality improvements.
- Maintain quality documentation, calibration records, and audit readiness to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate the intake and initial assessment of customer complaints to enable timely resolution and learning.
- Validate new products and production changes to ensure quality requirements are met before release.
