Role Description & Responsibilities
This role combines Sales Operations and Services Engagement responsibilities. You will own forecast and pipeline accuracy, support regional sales strategy and execution, manage compensation processes, and safeguard the quality of Services opportunities from proposal through delivery. You will work closely with sales leaders, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Global Sales Operations teams.
·Manage forecast, pipeline and baseline accuracy across all revenue types and dimensions (customer engagement models, brands, industries, and partners), for the current quarter and rolling quarters
·Deliver accurate weekly estimates of bookings and revenue landing, progress against plan, and key upside, utilizing management dashboards
·Lead Brand Sales Operations by providing recommendations on deal structure, alignment with brand pricing conditions, and prepare Brand Sales initiatives and promotions with Sales Management and Brand CFO
·Ensure maintenance contracts renewal process is efficient in all Geos, and strongly support reinstatement and Amnesty programs
·Prepare quarterly win slides and support other quarter-end transactions (IOC, relandings)
·Analyze sales KPIs and metrics across geography, engagement model, portfolio, partner and business streams, and give sales management actionable recommendations
·Update brand sales operations community for clarity of shared information
·Support sales managers and compensation teams with quota achievement and payout validation
·Ensure Services opportunities in the sales pipeline are classified correctly and follow the quality process
·Support regions in securing the conditions for delivering projects on time, on budget and to quality
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related and equivalent experience
- Experience in sales operations, sales execution, and business analysis
- Experience leading change and managing projects with multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing a CRM system
- Experience working with finance systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $100900 and $134500, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
