Position overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join a growing team supporting a leading U.S. education technology company. In this role, you will design and build scalable, high-performance backend and frontend solutions using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies. You will work across a cloud-native architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, improve system reliability, and drive technical excellence. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions using JavaScript / TypeScript

• Lead technical decisions in Node.js backend development and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)

• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues across complex systems

• Participate in and drive code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical improvements Improve system observability, monitoring, logging, and error handling

• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• 5+ years of experience with NodeJS server-side development

• 2+ years' experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g. React)

• Experience with Typescript

• Experience with database technologies (ideally NoSql DBs and MongoDB)

• Experience (professional or personal) with using and integrating the latest AI coding technologies: e.g. LLMs, Model Context Protocol, Claude Code, Github Copilot

• Strong problem-solving ability and experience working within complex systems and large code bases

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a self-driven way

Nice to have

• Experience with DBT

• Experience with Snowpark

• Experience with Snowflake CLI

• Experience with Master Data Management design and integration

• Experience with data quality testing, validation, and reconciliation

• Experience writing technical documentation

• Investment banking or asset management domain knowledge

• Experience with Claude AI in SDLCNice to have

• Experience with multi agent communication security patterns.

• Experience performing trust model assessments and gap analysis for agent ecosystems.

• Experience with Cedar policy testing tools and policy validation frameworks.

• Experience with AWS security testing and cloud security reviews.

• Knowledge of AI security risks, including prompt injection, excessive agency, identity spoofing, and tool parameter exposure.

• Experience with regulatory compliance validation and governance frameworks.

• Understanding of enterprise audit, risk management, and security monitoring practices.

• Experience working with large scale AI, cloud, or distributed platform environments.
