About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will influence the architecture and evolution of our product and drive continuous improvement across our engineering ecosystem. You’ll design solutions, mentor junior engineers, and make strategic decisions about framework design and engineering best practices. This position is hybrid (2 days per week in office) and is located in Wroclaw.

What will you be doing?

• Design and architect components.
• Mentor junior software engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies for complex feature sets.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software, infrastructure and framework issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements.
• Drive documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering standards.
• Manage technical debt and refactor systems for scale and performance

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• + 3 years of experience with .NET
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with focus on code quality and scalability
• Understanding and practical experience with Software Architecture
• Collaborative approach to working across teams
• Proficiency in Polish and English is required for this role
• Experience advocating for quality and engineering rigor within organizations
