Responsibilities:

  • Define company-wide technical strategy for next-level scale, deep AI integration, and intelligent automation.
  • Own major platform bets: AI-native features, self-adapting pipelines, advanced governance.
  • Lead architecture reviews across teams; solve the hardest systemic problems.
  • Shape 12-24 month roadmap in partnership with execs and product.
  • Mentor staff-level engineers and managers; raise the overall engineering standard.
  • Evaluate emerging tech (e. g., advanced AI agents, smart search) and drive adoption.
  • Focus on high-leverage decisions rather than daily coding.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent deep experience in Computer Science/distributed systems.
  • 12+ years building/scaling large data/SaaS platforms (AI-driven preferred).
  • Expert Golang plus broad mastery of the full stack (event-driven, cloud-native, AI applications).
  • Demonstrated org-wide impact: major efficiency gains, foundational changes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and influence without formal authority.
  • Deep insight into big data challenges, AI automation, and enterprise security/operations needs.
