Rôle de pilotage global du Digital Workplace pour un groupe international d'environ 8 000 utilisateurs.

 La transformation Workplace est déjà largement réalisée (M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune, ServiceNow, VDI, etc.) et le sujet consiste désormais à  :

 piloter la roadmap, challenger les fournisseurs, gérer le budget, les licences et accompagner la transition vers le run.

 L'autre volet majeur concerne le  :

  •  déploiement et la gouvernance des outils d'IA générative (Copilot, GPT d'entreprise, Claude Enterprise, etc.), avec un fort enjeu d'adoption, d'animation de communautés d'utilisateurs et d'accompagnement au changement.

 

Poste plutôt orienté gouvernance, pilotage et stratégie Workplace que réalisation technique.

Profil recherché

Le profil recherché est donc plutôt un Product Manager/Responsable Digital Workplace senior qu'un chef de projet technique.

 

Il faut être capable d'interagir avec les métiers, les équipes IT, les responsables régionaux et les sponsors exécutifs dans un contexte international.
