About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Engineer - I to join our Digital Forensics Team at DataFlow Group. In this role, you will focus on building modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces within the Node.js ecosystem using React.js. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and platform engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable front-end components and cloud-native web applications hosted on AWS.
What You'll Own:
- Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable, responsive web application user interfaces using React.js and modern front-end tools.
- Develop server-side and build tooling features leveraging the Node.js ecosystem.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices hosted on AWS infrastructure (e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda, ECS).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design systems into reusable, clean, and performant code.
- Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code adhering to software engineering best practices, including unit and integration testing.
- Participate in code reviews and work alongside cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality product features.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience in front-end and web application software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Hands-on experience developing within the Node.js ecosystem (npm/yarn, Express, server-side rendering, module bundlers).
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services for application deployment, hosting, and API integration.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work productively in a collaborative engineering team.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source UI libraries or design system implementations.
