• You will diagnose and resolve performance issues using system views, monitoring tools, and AWS CloudWatch, ensuring continuous stability of production environments

O que é pedido

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator in production environments
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Amazon Redshift (cluster management, WLM, performance tuning, VACUUM/ANALYZE, SVL/STV diagnostics)
• Solid experience with at least one additional RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
• Proven experience in AWS database services (RDS, Aurora, or similar)
• Strong understanding of high-availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization in large-scale environments
• Experience working in mission-critical, 24/7 or high-availability systems
• Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents with senior stakeholders
• Availability for on-call rotation and Saturday maintenance windows
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and incident management skills
