Join our team as a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant in Lisbon. You will provide Level 3 technical support and administration for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 environments, maintaining infrastructure and supporting migration projects.

O que vais fazer

• Provide Level 3 technical support and administration for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 environments
• Maintain SharePoint On-Premises infrastructure, including patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and health monitoring
• Troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues related to performance, configuration, availability, and service continuity
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Planner, and Forms
• Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, permissions, and access control requirements
• Resolve incidents and service requests according to defined SLAs and IT service management processes
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and support troubleshooting activities
• Support SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver stable and scalable solutions
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, identity, and networking teams to resolve cross-platform issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials

O que é pedido

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience supporting SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises administration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Good understanding of SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, Graph API, app registrations, and Conditional Access
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, permissions, access control, and data governance
• Experience with IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent command of English
