Findmore SA está a recrutar um Senior Salesforce Consultant/ Developer. O profissional irá desenvolver e manter soluções Salesforce para apoiar processos de reserva de Academy Training, trabalhando com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e Experience Cloud.
O que vais fazer
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting Academy Training booking processes
- Work across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions
- Configure objects, fields, validation rules, flows and reports
- Develop custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Design and maintain integrations with external systems
- Develop and maintain Docebo LMS integrations and APIs
- Support data synchronization and process automation
- Manage deployments and contribute to CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot configuration, development and integration issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum project delivery and continuous process optimization
O que é pedido
- 5-7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform fundamentals, including objects, fields, relationships, security model and automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, including classes and triggers
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization
- Experience with Experience Cloud and community portals
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and architecture
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and external system integrations
- Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience with Salesforce REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs
- Experience with Git and DevOps pipelines
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Experience with Docebo LMS integration and API development
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration middleware
- Experience with ETL tools such as Talend
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with Stripe or other payment gateway integrations
- Experience with Revenue Cloud or subscription and billing processes
- Experience with complex data synchronization and automation solutions
- Experience working with distributed teams across Europe, India and the US
- Experience coordinating external vendors
