Join our team as a Java Backend Developer Mid and Senior. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications while ensuring they follow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications
• Implement and optimize microservices and modular architectures
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure strong database integration, query optimization, and data integrity
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable, and secure code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sprint goals on time
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure applications follow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines

• 3+ and 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ development
• Solid knowledge of RDBMS technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)
• Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot
• Understanding of application architectures (Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in API design and RESTful services
• Experience working with AWS or GCP cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
• Previous experience in an Agile environment using Scrum
• Portuguese and English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2)
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model
