Responsibilities:

• Lead the civil and structural engineering design and analysis for data center infrastructure projects, from concept to construction.
• Utilize ETABS and other structural design software to perform advanced analysis and design of structural systems (e.g., foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and structural steel).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure that structural designs meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements for data center environments.
• Conduct load analysis, seismic assessments, and wind load calculations specific to data center needs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate and optimize structural systems to meet cost and schedule requirements without compromising safety or quality.
• Perform on-site inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and resolve any design-related issues that arise.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience working as a Civil/Structural Engineer with a focus on data centers or similar critical infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in ETABS for structural analysis and design.
• Expertise in structural design, including foundations, building frames, floor systems, and seismic analysis.
• Familiarity with data center-specific standards, such as those related to HVAC, power distribution, redundancy, and cooling systems.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE, Eurocode, and local regulations).
