As Activities Manger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.
We take pride in the service we offer our members so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the recruitment, trainingand empowerment of your team to ensure they bring their A-game to work each and everyday in order todeliver an exception experience to our members.

About you:
As ActivitiesManager, we are looking for someone who:
Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sportingor leisure facility).
Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
Overall great communicationand collaboration skills
Experience of financial planning and management.
A passion about customer service.
