Identify anomalies such as duplicates, completeness gaps, and inconsistencies, ensuring validation of business rules and regular tracking of governance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, develop, and sustain interactive data quality dashboards and scorecards utilizing Power BI or equivalent visualization platforms to provide real-time insights into data governance effectiveness and quality trends.
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis of complex data quality issues, tracing back to business workflows, technical system configurations, integrations, and data flows. Lead and coordinate remediation activities with stakeholders across business and IT units, ensuring corrective actions are validated via data-driven approaches.
  • Recommend and implement process automation opportunities, enhanced validation rules, and governance controls aimed at reinforcing long-term data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Manage governance for high-value master data domains including Customer, Vendor, Employee, Material, Project, Asset, and Organizational data. Define and uphold business rules, approval workflows, reference data standards, and Golden Record concepts to maintain data consistency and integrity across interconnected systems.

  • Generate comprehensive governance reports and executive-level presentations to articulate data quality trends, stewardship performance, and program maturity to organizational leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert advising cross-functional technology teams on leveraging governed enterprise data for reporting, advanced analytics, ERP modernization, automation strategies, and AI-powered initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies related to data governance, metadata management, and data quality, providing strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of the Enterprise Data Governance Program.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL querying to analyze and profile extensive, complex enterprise datasets across relational databases, with the ability to perform validation, reconciliation, and detailed root cause data quality investigations.

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Bullhorn, alongside solid knowledge of ETL processes, API integrations, data migrations, and the architecture of enterprise data flows.
  • Ability to translate broad business data requirements into precise technical solutions, supporting enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, ERP modernization, automation workflows, AI applications, and advanced data science projects.
