Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual clients, providing tailored financial solutions and wealth management advice.
• Acquire new customers through active prospecting, referrals, and participation in branch marketing events.
• Achieve individual sales targets across a range of financial products, including investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.
• Conduct regular financial portfolio reviews with clients to ensure their investment strategies align with their financial goals and risk profiles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of client queries and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in relationship management, wealth management, or financial sales within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including wealth advisory, insurance, and investment instruments.
• Relevant financial certifications (such as CMFAS papers or equivalent local regulatory certifications) are highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client segments.
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset and a results-driven attitude.
