Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the digital product roadmap for consumer banking products and services
Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement
Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms
Oversee the design, development, and testing of digital products, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather feedback and align on product priorities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive user adoption

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
Proficient in using data analytics tools and techniques to measure and optimize product performance
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Familiarity with the financial services industry and consumer banking products is preferred
