We are looking for a commercially minded Partnerships Manager to help accelerate the growth of WildBrain Brands across Asia.

About the Role

WildBrain CPLG is seeking a Partnerships Manager, WildBrain Brands (Asia) to join our growing Partnerships team. The Partnerships team is responsible for accelerating commercial opportunities that increase the reach, relevance and revenue of WildBrain-owned brands across key markets and categories.

Reporting to the WildBrain Brands Partnerships Director (based in Amsterdam), this role will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of WildBrain-owned brands across Asia, with a primary focus on China.

This role serves as a critical link between Partnerships, Commercial, Product Development, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams, ensuring strong execution against strategic priorities and revenue targets. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building capabilities with excellent commercial judgement and a deep understanding of licensing, retail, and brand management.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, be proactive in identifying opportunities, and possess the ability to translate strategic objectives into tangible revenue-generating initiatives.

Brand Growth, Licensing & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive growth strategies for WildBrain brands across Asia, with a focus on China.
  • Develop licensing opportunities across priority markets and categories.
  • Align Partnerships, Franchise and Commercial teams on strategy and execution.
  • Identify market, category and retail growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and performance.
  • Support key negotiations and strategic business development.
  • Represent WildBrain at key industry and partner meetings.
  • Provide leadership with clear performance updates and growth recommendations.

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in licensing in Asia, particularly in China.
  • Demonstrated success in developing commercial partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, legal, finance, marketing and product development teams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
