Production Manager

The client is looking to hire a seasoned and performance-focused Production Manager to direct production activities and guarantee that manufacturing runs smoothly, safely, and economically. The successful candidate will bring solid hands-on experience in manufacturing or production, along with a demonstrated record of supervisory or managerial responsibility. Prior exposure to food processing, agricultural processing, or comparable industrial settings is a strong advantage.

• Draw up, arrange, and supervise daily production operations so that output is delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Run factory activities and make certain that production processes are executed effectively.
• Coordinate the optimal use of production resources to raise productivity and cut down on waste.
• Track production performance and pinpoint chances to lower costs and boost operational efficiency.
• Lead and oversee production teams, offering clear guidance and strong leadership.
• Make sure machinery and production equipment remain well maintained and fully functional.
• Collaborate closely with the relevant teams to resolve production problems and reduce downtime.
• Ensure that production work meets quality control standards as well as all applicable health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements.
• Keep production processes under review and spot opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Produce and keep precise production reports and other operational records.
• Identify and promptly settle operational and production-related issues.
• Ensure production targets and operational goals are met in an efficient manner.

• B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
