(4)能够根据项目需求，辅助测试经理完成测试计划、测试方案、评亩的编写，编写测试用例并执行测试;

(5)能够发现并快速解决工作中遇到的问题，推进项目测试顺利进行;

(6)有较强的沟通交流能力。
