2.熟悉软件测试的常用理论，测试流程，测试规范;

3.熟悉接口测试，掌握接口测试的基本方法，掌握Postman/Jmeter 等常用接口测试工具;

4.能够根据项目需求，辅助测试经理完成测试计划、测试方案、评审的编写; 编写测试用例并执行测试;

5.能够发现并快速解决工作中遇到的问题，推进项目测试顺利进行;

6.有较强的沟通交流能力。
