1、技能要求，熟悉大数据平台技术hadoop /hive，熟悉多套数据库工具Oracle /db2; 有etl经验;

2、了解银行各类业务，熟悉指标体系，有指标体系建设项目经验优先;

3、熟悉指标、标签等数据资产内容，具备一定数据治理相关工作经验优先;

4、熟悉SQL，能够独立开展指标分析工作，进行指标需求分析;有数据开发经验优先。

5、具备较强的自我驱动力，能够积极主动地沟通、调研客户需求，并且负责下游系统、业务部门等的对接工作。
