AI Automation Engineer (Google Gemini & Copilot) / Warsaw

Working Model:

Hybrid (2 days per week from the Warsaw office)

We are looking for a passionate Automation Engineer / Developer to join the Everyday AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance AI-powered automation solutions that improve employee productivity across the organization.

Working closely with the Everyday AI Product Owner and cross-functional stakeholders, you will build AI agents, automate business processes, and rapidly prototype innovative solutions while supporting the Digital Workplace team's strategic initiatives during the MOVE programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining software development, automation, and Generative AI technologies to create impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Google Gemini and related AI technologies.

• Build intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve employee productivity.

• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems through APIs and automation frameworks.

Automation & Tool Development

• Develop new AI-powered tools and enhance existing Everyday AI solutions, including Gemini for Workspace and NotebookLM.

• Prototype and implement innovative automation use cases based on business needs and user feedback.

• Create scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions following engineering best practices.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, UX specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value AI solutions.

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations on AI agent architecture, prompt engineering, and automation design.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and prioritization.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, and automation technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable components, and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI solution development within technology or SaaS environments.

• Proven experience delivering automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Go.

• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.

• Experience building applications using Google Gemini and AI APIs.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, software integration, and automation frameworks.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent design principles.

• Experience using Git and modern software development practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms.

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks.

• Experience with Google Workspace APIs and enterprise productivity solutions.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
