Automation Engineer / AI Developer (Python | Google Gemini | GCP)

Location: Poland -2 days onsite weekly

Contract: 17 Months

We're looking for an experienced Automation Engineer / AI Developer to help build AI-powered automation solutions that enhance productivity and streamline digital workplace experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions.

  • Build and enhance AI-powered tools using Google Gemini and related technologies.

  • Develop integrations using Python, JavaScript, or Go and APIs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

  • Monitor performance, improve existing automations, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of software development or automation engineering experience.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Go.

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Google Gemini, or AI/ML technologies.

  • Experience developing and integrating APIs.

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
