SAP SD/CS Lead

Position : SAP SD/CS Lead - S/4HANA Conversion

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Lead to take ownership of the Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA Conversion project.

The role will be responsible for leading the functional assessment, conversion readiness, solution validation, configuration, testing, integration, cutover and post-go-live stabilization activities across SD and CS.

The candidate should have strong experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion/upgrade projects, combined with hands-on knowledge of SD and Customer Service processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and other SAP workstreams.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP CS.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Strong understanding of Customer Service processes and their integration with SD.

- Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion/upgrade projects.

- Good understanding of S/4HANA simplification items and conversion activities.

- Experience with SAP Notes and conversion-related remediation.

- Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, PP and logistics.

- Good understanding of custom developments and ABAP dependency analysis.

- Strong testing, defect management and cutover experience.

Key Responsibilities :

SD/CS Conversion Assessment :

- Lead the SD and CS functional assessment for the ECC to S/4HANA conversion.

- Review existing business processes, configurations, custom developments, interfaces and integrations.

- Analyze the impact of S/4HANA simplification items and identify required remediation.

- Review existing SAP Notes, simplification items and functional changes relevant to SD/CS.

- Identify process gaps, obsolete functionality and opportunities for process improvement.

- Prepare and maintain the SD/CS conversion assessment and remediation plan.

- Own end-to-end SD processes including :

1. Customer and business partner-related processes

2. Sales order management

3. Pricing and condition techniques

4. Availability check / ATP

5. Delivery and shipping

6. Picking and goods issue

7. Billing and invoicing

8. Returns and credit/debit processes

9. Intercompany and cross-company sales processes

10. Output management

11. Integration with FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM and other relevant modules

- Review existing configuration and determine required changes for S/4HANA.

- Provide functional solutions for complex business requirements and integration issues.

- Overall Experience : 15+ years

- SAP Experience : 12+ years

- Relevant SD/CS Experience : 10+ years

- S/4HANA Experience : Strong hands-on experience preferred

- Conversion/Upgrade Experience : Mandatory

- Lead/SME Experience : Mandatory
