Job Title: Product Operations Associate - Teva
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Product Operations - Teva
Location: Goleta (Hybrid)
The Role
As a Product Operations Associate for Teva, you’ll play a key role in supporting the inner workings of our product creation teams. You’ll help drive deliverables across multiple calendars, ensure PLM system information is accurate, align cross-functional teams, and communicate updates between Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, GTM, and more. You’ll also manage samples for the PLM team and keep our showroom up-to-date at the Goleta headquarters.
Your Impact
- Maintain PLM data with 100% accuracy in partnership with Product Line Management and Product Development teams
- Create, maintain, and update seasonal line sheets in FPLM
- Coordinate product details and updates across cross-functional teams
- Oversee sample distribution, retention protocols, archive management, and key-gate sample needs
- Manage sample showroom and product room presentation in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Product Operations
- Identify and communicate process or information gaps that may impact execution
- Support development and maintenance of standardized tools for consistent and clear execution across product creation
- Assist in scheduling cross-functional meetings for key milestones and deliverables
- Attend meetings as required and distribute notes or summaries to support alignment and follow-through
- Support the Sr. Manager, Product Operations with additional operational tasks as needed
- Help ensure adherence to deliverable deadlines and agreed-upon timelines, proactively flagging concerns and risks

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience
- 2+ years’ experience working in a global organization across functions such as Product, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Finance, Consumer Insights, or Consumer Lifecycle Management
- Excellent project management and organization skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adjust in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while driving results and maintaining a high level of accountability
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience supporting teams preferred
- Demonstrate authenticity through honesty, integrity, and courage
- Value diverse perspectives and leverage team talents to achieve goals
- Drive strategy and cultivate innovation to maintain competitive advantage
- Demonstrate accountability for results through prioritization, planning, and execution
