We seek to develop a dream team of outstanding Expert Research Planner with a passion for investing and technology to supporting Dedale and clients in making multi-million investments in B2B Software.

About the Role:

As a Call Support Specialist, you will support Dedale's research projects by connecting with industry professionals and experts through phone calls. You will help identify and engage relevant professionals, gather the necessary information, and ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout each interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with people over the phone, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to industry professionals and potential experts

• Communicate clearly and professionally with people from different industries and backgrounds

• Identify and engage relevant experts based on project requirements

• Ask relevant questions and gather accurate information during calls

• Maintain clear and accurate records of call outcomes

• Support multiple research projects and manage assigned tasks efficiently

• Meet established call and quality targets

• Work closely with the team to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the BPO, call center, customer service, or similar industry

• Strong English communication skills

• Clear and neutral English accent

• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
