Position 4: Shift Supervisor Batch and Furnace

Education

• BSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• Training in furnace operation and thermal management and batch processing protocols for glass production.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass manufacturing

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and furnace operations Proficiency in quality control methods and production documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in quality control methods and production documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
