At DeepL, we're on an exciting adventure to expand our operations to match our ambitious growth plans. At the heart of this journey is our Marketing team, a cornerstone of DeepL's strategic outreach and brand-building efforts.

Our mission is clear: to build and develop high-performing marketing teams that embody DeepL's innovative spirit and drive for excellence. As a member of our Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of crafting and sharing the DeepL story with the world. Working in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will collaborate to create compelling campaigns and strategies that resonate with our diverse global audience.

Your responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team

• Manage a high volume of outbound conversations, balancing speed with a personalised approach

• Work closely with AI-powered tools and automation to streamline outreach and focus your time on high-value conversations

• Partner closely with the wider DACH and AMIA sales teams to align on target accounts and messaging

• Consistently hit activity and meeting-booked targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Represent DeepL professionally and enthusiastically in every interaction, as often the first point of contact prospects have with the company

Qualities we look for

• Fluent in Italian and English

• High energy, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone and having lots of conversations day-to-day

• A "hit the ground running" attitude - you don't need direct SDR experience, but you do need drive, resilience, and a positive, can-do mindset

• Comfortable with change and ambiguity - we're a fast-moving company and things evolve quickly

• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's transforming sales development, rather than viewing it as a threat

• Team player who thrives working closely with colleagues across sales, in a collaborative, in-office culture (2-3 days/week in London)
