We are seeking a DCX Client Services - Home-Based Logistics Coordinator who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. This role is responsible for coordinating vendor deliveries, planning and tracking shipments, maintaining accurate warehouse and order records, and ensuring final products are delivered according to customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable working independently while managing tight deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Experience working with transportation companies
Track and trace on various LTL provider websites
Update the transportation management system
Email delivery notifications
Alert manager if shipments are delayed
Excel/data analysis would be beneficial
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: College degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a freight handler, customer service representative, logistics coordinator, logistics management professional, or in a related role.
Language Proficiency: Very proficient in both written and spoken English.
Working Schedule: Ability to work within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable working with coordination software and other digital tools.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:
Knowledge of logistics, freight handling, shipment coordination, and delivery processes.
Experience coordinating with vendors, forwarders, and freight carriers.
Experience tracking shipments and maintaining delivery schedules.
Ability to maintain accurate warehouse stock and order records.
Experience reviewing or vouching supplier invoices.
Strong follow-up and follow-through skills for outstanding shipments, invoices, and other action items.
Ability to identify and resolve shipment issues and delays.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 47,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)
