Delinea is an American security company created in 2021 when Thycotic and Centrify were merged under Thoma Bravo ownership, combining two long-established privileged access management vendors. Its products control and record the use of administrative credentials, service accounts and machine identities, which is the category regulators and cyber insurers most consistently require organisations to address. Headquartered in Redwood City, it sells to enterprises and public bodies and competes principally with CyberArk in a market where a single compromised administrator account is usually how a breach escalates.

About Delinea:

Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, empowering organizations to seamlessly govern their interactions across the modern enterprise. Leveraging AI-powered intelligence, Delinea’s leading cloud-native Identity Security Platform applies context throughout the entire identity lifecycle - across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI. It is the only platform that enables you to discover all identities - including workforce, IT administrator, developers, and machines - assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. With deployment in weeks, not months, 90% fewer resources to manage than the nearest competitor, and a 99.995% uptime, Delinea delivers robust security and operational efficiency without compromise. Based in London or surrounding areas, you will help drive initiatives that strengthen the company's brand awareness, amplify its thought leadership in the cybersecurity space, and engage internal and external audiences across the region. This role involves hands-on execution across media relations, executive communications, content creation, internal communications, and social media. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented communicator with experience in technology or cybersecurity and a strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External communications & media relations

    • Support the execution of public relations campaigns across EMEA and APAC to elevate Delinea's brand visibility and reputation in the cybersecurity industry.

    • Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents for company announcements, product launches, partnerships, and other milestones.

    • Help maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and media outlets, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and consistent engagement with key stakeholders.

    • Track media coverage and develop regular reporting dashboards to assess performance and sentiment.

    • Manage the day-to-day of our regional agency partners (PR, content, etc.) across the UK, France, Germany, Middle East, India, Singapore, and Australia.

    • Partner regularly with regional marketing leads to align PR priorities with local business objectives.

  • Executive & thought leadership support

    • Partner with the Director to build and maintain executive platforms, including drafting thought leadership content (blogs, op-eds, bylines, speeches, social media posts) and supporting event participation (webinars, panels, keynotes).

    • Research industry trends and competitor communications to identify white space opportunities for Delinea's executives to stand out.

  • Internal communications

    • Support internal messaging initiatives, including All Hands meetings, employee newsletters, and intranet updates to ensure alignment with company priorities and culture.

    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to create clear, engaging internal content that enhances employee engagement and awareness.

  • Content creation & management

    • Draft and edit a range of communications materials, including Q&As, FAQs, and messaging frameworks aligned with brand voice and tone.

    • Support the development of high-impact cybersecurity thought leadership assets such as whitepapers, customer stories, and strategic reports

    • Manage content calendars and coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure timely execution.

  • Crisis communications

    • Assist the Director in preparing and executing response plans during critical situations, including developing holding statements, FAQs, and internal and external messaging.

  • Measurement & reporting

    • Track KPIs and performance metrics for communications activities, and provide regular insights to inform future strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR, with exposure to EMEA or APAC markets, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of how to simplify complex technical information.

  • Proven media relations success with established relationships

  • Familiarity with digital communications tools (e.g., media monitoring platforms, content management systems, collaboration tools like Slack, Asana and Sprout)

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • A proactive mindset with a high degree of attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
