Deliveroo is a British food delivery company founded in London in 2013 that connects restaurants, grocers and retailers with customers through a courier network, and it also operates Editions, a set of delivery-only kitchen sites for restaurants without local premises. It listed in London in 2021 in an offering that fell sharply on debut, spent the following years withdrawing from unprofitable markets, and was acquired by DoorDash in 2025. Headquartered in London, it operates across the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Belgium and the United Arab Emirates.

New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace-shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand-this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link for our newly signed partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the New Partner Experience (NPX) team. We work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to ensure our partners have a smooth journey, helping them navigate our systems and maximise their growth from day one.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed restaurants, ensuring they are built for success and remain highly engaged with the platform.

  • Consult on Growth: Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume.

  • Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class.

  • Build Lasting Trust: Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the trust necessary for a long-term partnership.

  • Operational Excellence: Handle administrative tasks for each restaurant you manage with precision, ensuring they are comfortable with our processes and systems.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Strong Communication: An excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead regular outbound calls and the empathy to listen to partner needs.

  • Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using a range of Microsoft software; while not essential, knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.

  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive, "get up and go" attitude.

  • Organisational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage the administrative lifecycle of multiple restaurant partners simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.

Interview Process

  • Step 1: Apply - Apply for any role you’d like to be considered for. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!

  • Step 2: AI Screening & Assessment - If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to complete a short phone screening and online assessment with our AI assistant, Maki People. Things to note: this step must be completed to progress & If you can't find the link to the assessment in your inbox, please check your junk/spam!

  • Step 3: Recruiter Screen - You’ll have a 15-30 minute conversation with someone from Deliveroo to talk through your experience in more detail, learn more about the role, and get guidance on how to prepare for the next stages.

  • Step 4: Interview & Case Study - You’ll be invited to interview with one of our Managers, which may include a case study where you’ll present your findings (online or onsite).

  • Step 5: Outcome - We’ll get back to you after your interview to let you know the result!
