Your mission

Drive the strategic growth of Glovo’s top CPG brand partnerships by unlocking the full potential of Retail Media and Q-commerce solutions over the next 12-18 months. You will own high-value relationships, co-create impactful Joint Business Plans, and scale always-on media campaigns to maximize advertiser ROI and brand GMV. Your challenge is to turn advertising investments into a core business growth lever across both endemic and non-endemic partner categories.

The journey

• Drive Commercial Growth & Media Strategy: Own and scale relationships with CPG brands, co-creating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and always-on media campaigns that directly boost advertiser ROI and brand GMV.

• Unlock New Partner Opportunities: Expand the advertiser ecosystem by identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-potential endemic and non-endemic brands across various verticals.

• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with internal Q-commerce, Food, CRM, Operations, and Legal teams to eliminate execution bottlenecks and deliver seamless, multi-channel growth strategies.

• Performance Optimization & Auditing: Track, analyze, and regularly report critical business metrics to brand stakeholders, continually optimizing campaigns and identifying seasonal pitch opportunities.

• Agency & Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong working relationships with key media agencies and C-level brand stakeholders to streamline pipeline management, securing retail media as a strategic investment choice.

What you will bring to the ride

• 1+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within FMCG/CPG, Retail Media, or E-commerce/Q-commerce.

• Proven track record in Joint Business Planning): Hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and executing commercial and media plans to drive revenue growth.

• Retail media & campaign fluency: Solid grasp of digital advertising formats, campaign performance metrics, and building scalable media plans.

• Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with top-tier brand partners, agency contacts, and internal cross-functional teams.

• Business fluency in English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
