As one of our Sales Managers, you will be on the front line expanding our selection of stores across grocery, flowers, delicacies, health/beauty, and much more - bringing the best chains and local stores onto our platform. If you know how to build strong partnerships, close deals, and drive growth, this is your chance to make foodora the preferred quick-commerce platform in Norway.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing new partnerships with stores across Norway, primarily focusing on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Taking ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing. Throughout this process, we expect you to work very closely with our partners and guide them effectively.
- Prospecting new partners, as well as handling signings of inbound leads.
- Assisting in the setup of terms/framework documents, price lists, and product files.

Who You Are

Because you will interact with numerous business owners and store managers throughout Norway, your skills as a relationship builder will be crucial to achieving your sales targets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with a B2B focus.
- Sales experience within retail, grocery, or the FMCG segment is considered a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Close to native fluency in Norwegian is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Start date: By agreement / As soon as possible.
