Role Overview We are looking for a Regional Corporate Account Management Specialist to support our Corporate Account Management team across APAC. This role combines operational support, data analytics, customer troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for enterprise corporate clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Corporate Operations Manage corporate account operations, including allowance setup, adjustments, refunds, and spending limit changes. Support user onboarding, bulk employee uploads, and account maintenance across multiple corporate clients. Troubleshoot Corporate Admin issues, including account linking, login, access, and configuration. Investigate order-related issues and coordinate with Operations, Product, and Engineering for resolution. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Develop SQL queries and perform data analysis using BigQuery. Deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports, including MAU, GMV, AOV, user segmentation, and campaign performance. Support business initiatives through customer behavior analysis, churn analysis, and performance reporting. Validate data quality and provide actionable insights to regional stakeholders. Voucher & Gift Card Operations Create and manage corporate vouchers and gift cards. Investigate voucher redemption and payment issues. Support marketing campaigns through voucher usage reporting and campaign analysis. Corporate Systems Administration Maintain Salesforce account information and corporate account configurations. Perform account quality checks and support billing-related administrative updates. Manage corporate user profiles and backend configurations. Regional Support & Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams across APAC. Respond to urgent production issues and ad-hoc operational requests. Support regional campaigns, business initiatives, and customer escalations. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and workflow optimization. Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and reporting processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience supporting B2B or enterprise customers in an operational or account management environment. Strong SQL skills (BigQuery experience preferred). Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive requests. Experience working in a regional or cross-functional environment is preferred.
