Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience .Net Full stack (Angular or React) and Python
• Proven ability to deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
• Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices. Experience implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
• Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.
• Familiar with AI Native methodology and Spec Driven Development directing AI coding agents

Desirable Requirements

• Scrum/SAFe or PMP for cross-team delivery coordination
• Knowledge in working with Linux servers, networking concepts
