As a Principal Engineer, you will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise performance and reliability.

You will:

• Consults with external customers and implements new IT solutions and/or replaces existing IT solutions

• Develops and offers integrated, end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell for rapidly growing business

• Responsible for translating the client’s business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture

Essential Requirements

• Experience in solution design, migration, consolidation, modernization, and data center transformation projects.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, AI/GenAI infrastructure, and NVIDIA solutions will be an added advantage.

• Experience with Dell Data Protection solutions such as Data Domain, PPDM, and NetWorker is preferred.

• Capable of leading technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture discussions with customers.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

• Flexibility to support project activities outside office hours when required.

• Relevant Dell, VMware, Red Hat, Kubernetes, Cloud, or Networking certifications will be an advantage.

Desirable Requirements

• 8-10 years of strong experience in enterprise infrastructure solution architecture, deployment, and project delivery.

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Dell Technologies solutions, including PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerScale, Connectrix, PowerEdge, GenAI Infrastructure, ECS, and Dell Networking.

• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, OpenShift, and enterprise virtualization platforms.
