You will:

• Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement

• Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations and provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders

• Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement

• Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation

• Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships

Essential Requirement

• Experience in handling installation of Air Cooled and/or Liquid cooled racks
• Experience in performing physical activities (rack/stack/power-on/firmware upgrades) for AI servers (Dell/SuperMicro/Lenovo/HPE)
• Experience in performing physical activities (rack/stack/power-on/firmware upgrades) for Network switches (Dell/Nvidia/Arista/Cisco)
• Experience in running GPU diagnostics
• Experience in configuring L2/L3 networking using Sonic OS (Dell/Nvidia Switches)
• Experience in configuring L2/L3 Leaf/Spine networking using Nvidia Spectrum switches/Cumulus OS
• Experience in InfiniBand switches
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Ubuntu, Openshift will be advantageous.
• High amount of travel across SEA

Desirable Requirements

• 7-8 years of strong exposure in project deployment or management of enterprise infrastructures.

• Exposure in the deployment of DellEMC products such as PowerMax, Powerstore, Powerscale, Connectrix, Poweredge, GenAi, Dell Networking Switches (L2) and ECS.
