What you'll achieve

As a Software Senior Principal Engineer, you will drive the architecture, innovation, and delivery of next-generation AI and Cyber Security solutions within Dell's AI Factory ecosystem. This role requires a recognized technical leader with 10+ years of experience influencing technology strategy, leading large-scale initiatives, and delivering secure, enterprise-grade platforms.

You will:

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of AI Factory and Cyber Security initiatives.
• Drive the design of scalable, secure, and resilient AI/ML and cloud-native platforms.
• Define security-by-design standards across AI systems, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Partner with global engineering, product, and security teams to influence technology strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor senior engineers and establish engineering best practices across organizations.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, or Systems Architecture.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-scale architectures and cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong expertise in Cloud Technologies, Distributed Systems, and Modern Software Architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, GenAI technologies, MLOps, or Data Platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud Security technologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Understanding of Cyber Security domains including Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, and Secure Development Practices.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, Security Architecture, Threat Modeling, and Risk Management.
