As a Senior Manager, you will lead a diverse organization responsible for Program Management, Test Engineering, and Operational Support functions that are critical to the success of manufacturing and fulfillment operations. You will drive strategic infrastructure and IT-related projects, provide governance across complex business initiatives, and ensure operational continuity while balancing quality, cost, schedule, and customer commitments.

You will:
- Lead the DAO PMO, Test Engineering, and Invalid Order organizations, providing strategic direction, governance, and execution oversight for business-critical operational initiatives
- Direct and prioritize infrastructure, IT, and operational change projects across manufacturing and fulfillment operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth strategies, and customer commitments
- Manage project portfolios, resources, budgets, and schedules to deliver complex initiatives on time, within scope, and within financial targets while mitigating operational risk
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, Facilities, Program Management, and external business partners to drive accountability, remove execution barriers, and ensure successful implementation of key programs
- Establish performance metrics, risk management processes, and continuous improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, manufacturing readiness, and customer experience

Essential Requirements
12+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, program management, or related disciplines, with 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical and cross-functional teams while supporting manufacturing, fulfillment, or large-scale operational environments
Strong project management skills, including schedule management, resource planning, cost control, risk management, and executive reporting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives and ongoing operational support requirements
Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and execution accountability within complex business environments
Proven experience leading complex infrastructure, operational, or IT-enabled business transformation projects in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems with project management and continuous improvement certifications such as: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure deployment, test engineering methodologies, and change management processes
