As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will learn and apply basic quality control practices. You will assist with inspections, documentation, and reporting. You will develop foundational skills in quality assurance and contribute to team objectives.

You will:

• Drive Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement

• Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.

• Improvise Quality Control Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.

• Support New Product Introductions: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.

• Quality Tool Maintenance and Development - Develop and maintain quality management tools to streamline quality processes and support data-driven decision-making.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant quality and coding experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Technical Skills - Possess strong knowledge in quality concepts/tools and strong knowledge in programming

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Reporting & Analytic: Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Desirable Requirements:

• Exposure to quality systems or audits.

• Proficient in C#/ASP.NET Core, RESTful API design, SQL Server, Git, and MVC architecture, with strong skills in writing clean, maintainable code and full-stack troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
