Key Qualifications
- Own a degree from a University or Technological Educational Institution in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical course of study
- 0-3 yearsof relevant experience
- Be available to work full-time with a permanent contract at DACC office in Thessaloniki
- Have a good understanding of the software lifecycle and problem-solving skills
- Have Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Be Proactive and have genuine enthusiasm, curiosity and #teamworkattitude
- Have Programming knowledge:
- Object Oriented Programming concepts
- Strong familiarity withsoftware development and IoT
- Proficiency in at least one of: C# (preferred), Java, Python, C++
- Relational databases (one of: SQLite, PostgreSQL, Ms SQL Server, etc.)
- Experience or strong interest inIoT architectureand systems integration
- Knowledge of REST API, SOAP WS, MQTT, Integration Architectures principles
- Knowledge of .NetFramework
- CVS: Version Control/Git
- Good Linux knowledge (Ubuntu and/or SUSE)
- Basic networking knowledge
Bonus Qualifications
- Exposure to manufacturing projectsor smart factory initiatives will be considered a plus
- Basic Angular or other frontend technology knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD tools(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience with AWS tools (S3, Cloudwatch, Athena, Lambda functions, Stream Manager, Greengrass)
- Basic knowledge of WebSockets
- Basic testing and test report preparation experience
- Knowledge of SOAP WSprotocol
- Knowledge of MESMOM products (Siemens Opcenter Foundation, PTC ThingworksKepware)
- Military service obligations fulfilled where applicable
- Enjoy traveling and working abroad
- Italian language
