Zakres obowiązków

• ✅ Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade technology solutions
• ✅ Drive software delivery across the entire software development lifecycle, from design through production support
• ✅ Build and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve quality and accelerate releases
• ✅ Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery
• ✅ Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and performance
• ✅ Define and monitor service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• ✅ Champion observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis
• ✅ Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• ✅ Collaborate with development, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline software delivery
• ✅ Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams

Wymagania

• ✔ 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• ✔ Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• ✔ Hands-on experience building automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices
• ✔ Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and operating production systems
• ✔ Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• ✔ Experience improving system reliability, scalability, resilience, and performance
• ✔ Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and operational excellence practices
• ✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• ⭐ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• ⭐ Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• ⭐ Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• ⭐ Familiarity with observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace
• ⭐ Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps environments
