Prepare quotations and ensure pricing aligns with company standards and discount strategies.
Negotiate and secure the best prices and delivery times from manufacturers.
Manage and coordinate assigned tendering and quotation activities.
Identify the most cost-effective product solutions that meet project specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and organized quotation records within the company’s system.
Share critical information with purchasing and field teams regarding vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
Ensure no project data or quotations are lost, following tender department processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and control.
Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
