  • Проанализировать текущую архитектуру, процессы и технологический стек
  • Сформировать и документировать целевую архитектуру DevOps-платформы
  • Разработать и реализовать roadmap модернизации
  • Подготовить DevOps-инфраструктуру к эксплуатации в ЦОДах по модели active-active
  • Организовывать тестирование и PoC новых технологий и версий продуктов перед внедрением в production
  • Развивать OpenShift / OKD и участвовать в модернизации контейнерной платформы
  • Развивать и стандартизировать CI/CD
  • Повышать уровень автоматизации инфраструктурных процессов
  • Развивать управление конфигурациями и секретами
  • Модернизировать monitoring, observability и logging
  • Формировать стандарты эксплуатации сервисов и техническую документацию
  • Управлять приоритетами и backlog DevOps-команды, контролировать сроки и результат
  • Проводить технические синхронизации с командой и заказчиком
  • Участвовать в перестройке, развитии и дальнейшем расширении DevOps-команды
Требования:
  • От 5 лет опыта в DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
  • Опыт технического лидерства DevOps-команды
  • Опыт с OpenShift / OKD или близкими Kubernetes-платформами
  • Опыт построения и развития CI/CD
  • Уверенная работа с GitLab CI/CD или аналогичными системами
  • Практический опыт Ansible
  • Понимание Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code
  • Опыт с Vault или аналогичными системами управления секретами
  • Опыт построения monitoring / observability
  • Опыт эксплуатации высоконагруженных production-систем
  • Понимание принципов HA, DR и построения отказоустойчивой инфраструктуры
  • Опыт принятия технических решений: оценка вариантов, PoC, выбор решения и дальнейший вывод в production
  • Умение управлять задачами, приоритетами и сроками команды
  • Самостоятельность и проактивность
  • Умение выстраивать техническую коммуникацию с заказчиком и смежными командами
