Orbital Systems Programme Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As Orbital Systems Programme Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of one of deltaVision's space programmes. You will be the single point of accountability for schedule, budget, scope and risk, and deltaVision's primary interface to partners, subcontractors and customers.

Working alongside our Orbital Systems architects and technical domain leads, you will keep a programme on track - from early phase through delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Own the programmebaseline: schedule, cost, scope, work-package structureand critical path across all phases
• Run the programmecontrol cycle - planning, milestone and gate management, earned-value tracking, risk and opportunity management, change control, and progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Act as deltaVision'sprimary interface to consortium partners, coordinating cross-organisationdependencies, interfacesand deliverables
• Manage the customer and authority relationship for your programme, including reviews, milestone acceptanceand contractual deliverables
• Lead internal programmeexecution across the contributing domains (systems engineering, hardware, and test), keeping teams aligned to plan
• Own subcontractor and supplier management within the programmescope: statements of work,NDAs,negotiation, monitoringand delivery
• Drive preparation and defenceof programmereviews (SRR/PDR/CDR-class) and lead the associated documentation and data-package readiness
• Flag strategic dependencies and resource conflicts early, across programmeand company priorities
• Ensure compliance with ECSS project-management, configurationand quality requirements
• Support related bid and proposal activity, contributing programmatics, planning and cost inputs

Your profile

• 5+ years as a programmeor project manager for spacecraft or spacecraft subsystems, with demonstratedend-to-end delivery ownership
• Proven track recordmanaging cost, schedule and scope on complex, multi-stakeholder space programmes
• Hands-on experience with ECSS project-management, review (SRR/PDR/CDR)and milestone frameworks
• Experience coordinating across consortia, partnersand/or subcontractors, ideally in an institutional (ESA / national agency) funding context
• Strong command of planning, risk management and reporting tools and methods
• Sound technical judgement across space systems, enabling credible dialogue with domain leads and partners
• Excellent stakeholder-management, negotiationand communication skills
• Accountable, structuredand calm under pressure, with an agile, hands-on mindset
• Passion for creating a new spaceflight paradigm (space logistics& orbital refuelling)
• Additional advantages:
  • Familiarity with propulsion or fluidic systems
  • Experience in a defence/ dual-use environment and eligibility to obtain a national security clearance (VS-NfD)
