Tasks and Qualifications:
Ihre Aufgaben:
Enger Austausch mit der Teamleitung in Bezug auf SAP UX Strategien, um
- Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zu identifizieren
- Funktionen und Tools für das Dematic AddOn zu definieren
- Anforderungen an die SAP-Systemlandschaft zu stellen
- Usw.
- Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer innerhalb des SAP Entwicklungsteams und der gesamten SAP-Abteilung fordern und fördern
- Unterstützung bei der Übersetzung von Geschäfts- und Prozessanforderungen in technische Entwurfsdokumentation
- Besuche bei Kunden in der Rolle des SAP-UX Experten, um mit ihnen Verfahren, Abläufe und Qualitätssicherung der SAP-Entwicklung zu besprechen
- Verfassen und Überprüfen von Kundenunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Prüfung komplexer Standardspezifikationen und anderer Unterlagen von Kunden zur Ermittlung der Anforderungen an die Softwareentwicklung
- Durchführung von Präsentationen komplexer technischer Erkenntnisse und Entwicklungen vor internen und externen Kunden
- Unterstützung der zugeordneten Projekte als SAP ABAP Software Engineer oder Solution Architekt mit Schwerpunkt auf die SAP Frontend Entwicklung (UX) im Rahmen der übergebenen Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgabenpakete
- Darüber hinaus besteht die Rolle des Gruppenleiters darin:
- Aktiv Feedback Sessions (oder ggf. Code Reviews) planen und durchführen, um die Planung der Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Gruppenmitglieder in enger Abstimmung mit dem ABAP-Teamleiter zu unterstützen
- Hauptansprechpartner für fachliche und organisatorische Themen für die Gruppenmitglieder zu sein
- Den OCTR-Prozess (Kalibrierung, Gespräche, Reviews) für die Gruppenmitglieder vorbereiten, begleiten und unterstützen
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei den Leistungsbeurteilungen
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit
- entsprechendem Hintergrund
- Sehr UmfangreicheKenntnisse in ABAP OO / ABAP4
- Erfahrungen im SAP WM / EWM von Vorteil
- Begeisterung für Softwareentwicklung und Innovation
