  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex network incidents; perform root cause analysis on service-interrupting events and implement measures to prevent recurrence
  • Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control, authentication, and policy enforcement
  • Administer and optimize Cisco Umbrella for DNS-layer security and web filtering across the environment
  • Administer and support Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) for network security, threat prevention, and firewall policy management
  • Troubleshoot and remediate wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity, coverage, and performance issues across corporate and remote sites
  • Implement and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and remote-site environments
  • Support and maintain network infrastructure associated with customer equipment hosted on-premise at Denali facilities, ensuring segmentation, availability, and security standards are met
  • Design, configure, monitor, and optimize local and wide area networks for maximum availability, performance, and security
  • Design, configure, and manage network security features, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control, in coordination with the security team
  • Develop, maintain, and update a library of network technical documentation, including topology diagrams and standard operating procedures
  • Evaluate and recommend new network hardware, software, and technologies for compatibility, scalability, and security
  • Partner with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to plan, install, and coordinate network changes, upgrades, and new deployments
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network engineers and IT staff
