Customer Care Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions efficiently, resolve queries, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key

Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide accurate product/service information to customers. Process orders, applications, and requests. Follow up with customers for feedback and resolution. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution time, etc.).

Requirements Skills: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned schedules. Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable approach to work. Strong customer service orientation with a professional and courteous approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in chat handling and customer correspondence. Strong voice-based customer handling and call management skills. Ability to identify customer requirements, probe effectively, and provide appropriate resolutions or escalation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability for customer cases until appropriate resolution. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and team-oriented environment. Personality Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
