Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end outbound and reverse logistics operations across Dentalkart's ful fil ment network. The role is responsible for courier and 3PL management, freight cost optimization, delivery performance, returns management, and logistics process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in managing large-scale e-commerce logistics operations. Manage courier and 3PL partners, including onboarding, SLA management, rate negotiations, and performance reviews. Drive outbound logistics performance by improving on-time deliveries, reducing NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and minimizing RTO (Return to Origin). Optimize freight costs through route planning, zone optimization, carrier selection, and shipment mode analysis. Conduct freight reconciliation and recover billing discrepancies from logistics partners. Manage end-to-end reverse logistics, including return pickups, processing, and closure within defined turnaround times. Administer logistics technology platforms such as shipping aggregators, OMS, and WMS, including shipment allocation, AWB management, and exception handling. Build dashboards, MIS reports, and logistics performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations teams to improve service levels. Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics operations team while driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with an MBA (preferred from a Tier-1 institute such as IIT, NIT, IIM, or equivalent). 7+ years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, or Retail Logistics. Proven experience managing courier and 3PL partners. Strong expertise in freight negotiation and logistics cost optimization. Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Experience with Shipping Aggregators, OMS, and WMS platforms. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
