Technical Facility Manager
The Real Estate Department is a shared function responsible for the operation and maintenance of two facilities comprising laboratories, cleanrooms, production areas, warehouses, offices, and a restaurant. These environments place high demands on operational reliability, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC projects
- Follow up and manage service agreements with operations and maintenance contractors
- Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
- Procure and manage consultants and contractors
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external technical resources
- Contribute to the development of the properties’ technical standards and long-term maintenance strategies
- Provide technical support to the Head of Real Estate
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits
- Lead and contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and projects
Your Profile
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing property or industrial projects
- Experience coordinating and managing contractors
- Experience with technical building installations
- Strong understanding of, and experience with, HVAC systems
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience working with cleanroom environments and medical device operations
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation
- Experience with energy optimization and energy efficiency projects
